Rose Walsh-Cooke is a representational painter, originally from the UK. She has lived in New England for over 25 years and paints local landscapes and seascapes in an impressionistic style. Known for using thick, buttery, expressive paint, her work has been described as using "a direct painterly approach achieving loose precision." She has exhibited locally, including solo shows in Lexington and Concord, MA. She has also shown her work at Galaray House Art Gallery in SoWa Boston and the Molly Nye Gallery at LexArt.
